now i gonna show u guys ,How to boost up your xbox live network.
We all want it. Now you can have it! Faster connection speed=more chance of being host in games, less voice lag (echo), less game lag, less time spent searching.... ITEMS:
[]A computer
[]Xbox 360 connected to live []Access to your router's Setup page []Namebench, which can be found HERE for Windows or HERE for Mac.
Improved DNS Servers!
Step 1: Download namebench, link is found above. When done, run the program and you will get a screen like this: Now, select your correct settings and start. When complete, it will open your web browser and show a screen like this: At the bottom, it will give you a list of DNS servers, in order of speed from fastest at the top to slowest at the bottom. Most likely, you will want the one at the top, which is also listed next to primary server at the top right of the screen. Write this number down or keep the window open, you will need it soon.
Step 2: Turn on your Xbox. Go to System settings: Network Settings:Configure Network: DNS Settings: And then select manual instead of automatic..Now, enter the numbers for the DNS server you want to use in the boxes that come up. Make sure to include the periods.
Step 3: Test your connection Back out of that screen until you get to this one, and then test your connection to make sure that you entered the numbers in right, and that the server works. If it tells you that your Xbox Live is up and running, you did it right! But this is only the first part.... Setting up Port Forwarding! This is typically a bit more difficult than before, if you aren't familiar with your router's configuration page at least. For those who are, this is pretty much a breeze
